I picked up the Naväge thinking maybe it would be one of those things that’s actually worth the extra money. And yeah, it does work okay. It clears things out decently enough. But for the price, I don’t know, it feels a bit much for what you’re actually getting. Then on top of that, you have to keep buying those salt pods, so it’s not just a one-time cost. That adds up quick. I’m not saying it’s junk or anything, but I was expecting it to feel more impressive for the money. a regular rinse bottle is way cheaper and gets me close to the same result.

The machine itself works well, and I don’t really have any complaints there. But maybe it’s just me, the salt pods feel like they add up fast. I’ve also had a couple times where I couldn’t find them in stock, which is super frustrating when you’re using the device every day. I just wish the pods were a little cheaper and easier to buy.

I had an issue with my navage order and, i kind of assumed right away that I must’ve messed something up on my end.

Customer service got back to me quickly and didn’t make it a whole complicated thing. They explained what I needed to do clearly, and they were friendly about it, which I really appreciated.

Everything ended up getting sorted out, and I was happy with how they handled it. Good support, no runaround, and way easier than I expected.

I’ve had my Naväge for a little while now, keeping it clean has been easy for me. I usually just rinse the pieces after I use it and leave them out on the counter to dry, which seems to do the job.
The maintenance isn’t anything complicated either, at least in my experience. There aren’t any weird tools or super long steps, and as long as I stay on top of it, it seems to work like it should. Definitely makes the whole thing feel less like a chore.

I’ve had my Navage for around 8 months now, i wasn’t totally convinced it would hold up. It felt like one of those things that might work great for a while and then start acting up, but so far it’s been reliable.

I use it a few times a week, rinse it out afterward, and just let it dry on the counter. The buttons still feel normal, the suction hasn’t gotten weak, and I haven’t had any jams or weird issues yet.

I still wonder a little about how long it’ll last overall, since it’s not exactly cheap, but at this point I can’t really complain. No leaks, no random problems, and it works when I need it to, so I’d still give it 5 stars

Umm, I wish I had bought this sooner. It cleared up my sinus congestion quickly, and I’m finally able to breathe better at night...

I got it set up quickly, which was nice because I really don’t have patience for stuff that turns into a whole complicated project. The instructions actually made sense, and I figured it out after the first try without feeling totally lost. I will say, I hate when products make setup harder than it needs to be, and luckily this one didn’t do that. Using it felt natural right away, and cleaning it is simple too. No weird extra steps, no annoying hassle, no wasting time trying to figure out what I’m doing. it’s just nice when something works the way it’s supposed to, because so many things don’t.

It felt a little strange the first time I tried it, but once I got used to it, it was actually comfortable. I didn’t have any burning or weird pressure, which was a relief. It does take a minute to set up, but for the comfort level, I think it’s worth the small bit of extra time.
